MyBa2i – Terms and Conditions of Use
Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern the legal framework for the use of the files made available on the MyBa2i platform. The TCU constitute a binding agreement between Ba2i Technologies and the user.
The Privacy Policy page, already deemed accepted by the user, forms an integral part of these TCU.
The Legal Notice page also forms an integral part of these TCU.
Access
Access to the MyBa2i platform may be granted, suspended, or terminated at Ba2i’s discretion, for an individual user or for all users, without prior notice or compensation.
Access to MyBa2i is secured by a username and password. The user agrees to make every effort to keep these credentials private. In the event that such information is shared with third parties, the user must change their password as soon as possible and notify Ba2i of any potential data breach.
Intellectual Property
The brands, logos, and content of the website (including graphics, illustrations, and text) are protected by intellectual property law and copyright law.
Reproduction or copying of any content by the user requires prior written authorization from Ba2i Technologies. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Liability
The information published on the website is provided for informational purposes only and holds no contractual value. Despite regular updates, Ba2i Technologies cannot be held responsible for any administrative or legal changes occurring after publication. The same applies to the use or interpretation of the information provided on the platform.
Term of Agreement
This agreement is valid for an indefinite period. The use of the platform’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms and the effective start of the contract between Ba2i Technologies and the user.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by French law. In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, any dispute between the parties shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
